The 2019-2020 school year was a wild ride! While we look forward to the quickly approaching new school year, we would like to pause and acknowledge the hard work our educators and teachers put in to teaching students about healthy relationships last year.

Here are a few highlights from our year:

  • Power Up, Speak Out! is now in 18 states and the Grand Cayman Islands.
  • In partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services (DPPHS), the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to implement a statewide evaluation.
  • We welcomed a new staff member, Prevention Education Program Director, Libby Johnson
  • Teacher of the year: Jodi Heard
